Tea Towel Co is a mother/daughter duo run by Beryl and Marchelle Matthew. Their business was first established in 2015, and they are well known for their contemporary approach to repurposed vintage tea towel cushions, as well as their series of iconic South Australian illustrations which first debuted as a wall calendar. These illustrations are now available on a wide range of products including tea towels, jewellery, prints and so much more.
Over time, the series has expanded to include South Australian flowers and birds as well as a series of still-life illustrations of South Australian gin brands. Handmade and supporting local is at the core of everything Tea Towel Co does - every item is made with love by themselves or skilled Australian artisans in the spirit of celebrating local businesses.
