Claire's artwork is often described as 'happy' and 'joyful'. Her cheerful and varied colour palette combined with her optimistic themes and titles, create original paintings and limited edition prints that focus on the bright side of life. Claire is inspired by nature, music, pattern and in particular Australian native flowers and leaves that often feature in her paintings.
Claire works from her home studio in Adelaide and enjoys collaborating with local company Earth Greetings on a range of stationery products and greeting cards. Other collaborations include packaging for Jurlique International and Dusk Australia and illustrations for 23rd Street Distillery and Jim Barry's wine labels. Claire also enjoys working together with other local artists such as Phoebe Lamps and Kitty Came Home which gives her the opportunity to see her art come to life on other functional products.
