Pennant Distillery is owned and operated by Cameron Shaw, who served ten years as an Officer in the Royal Australian Navy. This experience brings a true connection with the Naval origins and traditions of the Gin Pennant, an unofficial flag used to signal that the Ship's bar is open.
Based in Unley, South Australia, Pennant Distillery uses a 25 litre Pot Still to produce very small batches of exceptional gin, ensuring each batch is hand-crafted to perfection, down to the handwritten numbering on the label. Crafted using the single shot vapour infused method to deliver the flavour and balance each of the carefully chosen botanicals deserve.

The Flagship gin, 'Pennant Gin, is a London Dry style, that delivers a citrusy, herbaceous, and bold call to action.

Pennant Distillery is excited to launch the first batch of 'The Navy Gin' in March. A strong, adventurous gin at 56% ABV that brings together the soul and camaraderie of life at sea.
