Peninsula Providore Farm is a family-owned business that produces some of the finest quality extra virgin olive oil in Australia. Located on the stunning Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia, the family farms boast 17,000 olive trees spread across two groves, producing a variety of premium olives.

Mel Hollick, the owner and producer of Peninsula Providore Farm, approaches olive oil production from a winemaking perspective. With a background in winemaking, Mel applies small batch winemaking methods to produce her award-winning extra virgin olive oil.

The result is a rich, complex, and well-balanced olive oil that can be used for cooking or enjoyed on its own.
