This family-owned business specialises in custom cabinetry, bespoke timber furniture, functional homewares and unique art. Felix works with reclaimed, sustainably and locally sourced South Australian timbers, often milling slabs himself and following each project from fallen tree to timber art.
Fractal burning is a signature feature in select pieces by Felix, and is created by applying a high-voltage electrical current through the timber to burn lightning-like patterns across its surface.
Fallen Gum is environmentally conscious and committed to a minimal waste policy. Felix uses plant-based bio-resin to both highlight natural characteristics and make use of timber otherwise unsuitable for traditional joinery. Even the smallest offcuts are treasured and transformed by Jasmin into their stunning jewellery range.
