In 2018, Peta Baverstock creator, winemaker and owner of Cuvee-Co Wines launched her label after almost two decades of making sparkling wine for Corporates and free-lancing as a Sparkling Wine Consultant in the Limestone Coast. Inspired by the volcanic soils of the Kongorong district and the classic varieties of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, she decided to pick a few grapes and put her name to a label. In just four years, Peta has been acclaimed nationally as a fine producer in her field, recently (2021) winning two trophies nationally at the Australian Sparkling Wine Show!

There are five sparkling wines in the range. Ada's Prosecco from Mundulla, Ivy Elliot NV Rose from Robe, Vintage 2018 Cuvee Nessa Blanc de Blancs and The 2021 Kenneth Pinot Chardonnay (yet to be released), both from Mount Gambier and an Aussie style Sparkling Shiraz, Brave & Duke NV from Wrattonbully.
