YellowBird Handmade

Designed and handmade by Lynley Slater, the YellowBird range of clutch purses and handbags is the result of 11 years of designing and making clutch purses and bags which including YellowBirds signature details, making each YellowBird a statement accessory.

Designed to showcase both local and international fabric and leather, combined with wooden frames, the textures complement each other. Each YellowBird is hand sewn and then hand assembled, bringing together the fabrics and wooden frames to the finished product.

YellowBird has grown from humble beginnings to become a name for quality and individuality, with unique style.

The YellowBird Signature Collection, relaunched in 2022 is a collaboration from local wood crafts people Adsum Ritcher Things and YellowBird, featuring fabrics from celebrated Australian indigenous artists and include contemporary designs from these first nations women. The natural wood textures and contemporary designs are a perfect match.
