Sonya Moyle

Sonya Moyle is a South Australian ceramic artist who produces work from her studio at JamFactory Seppeltsfield in the beautiful Barossa Valley. She holds Bachelor of Visual Arts (Drawing & Ceramics) and currently makes a variety of decorative homewares and jewellery which complement the exhibition works she creates.

Sonya's product range currently includes items such as mugs, beakers, bowls, plates, vases, planters, jewellery and a selection of textiles including tea towels, cushions, wall hangings and scarfs. All the wares are designed, handmade and decorated by Sonya.

The abstracted illustration that adorns Sonya's porcelain pieces are often initially inspired by nature using watercolours and coloured pencils. Each piece is hand built from porcelain and individually decorated making every item unique. Sonya also enjoys drawing and painting creating small and large-scale originals and prints.
