Write a succinct and exciting description of your business, products and/or practice. This description is displayed on your listing page on the Designers & Makers section of our website and may impact the success of your application if it does not provide clarity about your brand and products. Word limit applies. Description must be written in the third person (ie. he, she, it, they etc.)

If you are selling alcoholic products at Bowerbird, you will need to be registered on the Venue's liquor license. The cost of this is dependent on the number of vendors registered on the license for the event but is unlikely to exceed $100+GST.

Side wall

Would you benefit from a side wall as well as a back wall? These are not guaranteed but your input will be considered when creating a layout.

Stall set up

We look for a high standard of stall design, product displays and creative decorations.
Stalls are provided with a back fence panel covered in white cardboard to create a "blank canvas". You can decorate it as you wish. Pull up banners or corporate signage are not appropriate for Bowerbird.

Describe your stall set up*

Describe how you will display your products, your stall set up, materials and colours. NB your stall back wall cannot exceed 2200mm in height and you cannot have side walls or furniture higher than 1500mm. Pull up banners are not appropriate for Bowerbird.

Change Room

If you are selling clothing we recommend including a change room in your stall. Stalls are 2.4m x 2.4m at a minimum. If you need access to our communal change rooms, please know that you may be placed closer to other clothing vendors than you would like. Will you include a change room within your stall?
